If you register yourself with the portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password and for restricting access to your computer. However, Balasa Foods reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion with no damage or demure payable to you.
Risk Of Loss:
All items purchased through electronic mode through this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (shipping partner i.e Delhivery) for dispatch. You agree that Balasa Company does not have any responsibility if you lose or share access to your device. Any agreement between you and the issuer of your credit card, debit card, or other form of payment will continue to govern your use of such payment method on the Website.
Returns, Refunds And Title:
Balasa foods will take the return of the product in case of only expired product or above shelf life. In this case, we will refund the entire amount deducting the fixed shipment charges into your store credit for future purchase.
Any kind of return regarding product quality and packaging will be sole discretion of Balasa foods and will be considered only after proper checking and required proofs submitted by the customer. Any kind of complaint regarding the product and shipment will be sent on balasa.ecom@gmail.com with product details, shipment details, payment details and necessary photographs.

You expressly agree that your use of the Balasa services is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Balasa Foods disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Balasa will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any Balasa service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any Balasa service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Minimum order:
Any order of ₹ 300 and above will be accepted only. It is inclusive of all taxes and packaging.
Payments:
We support the following payment options through our payment gateway Partner i.e Razorpay.
1. Credit Card (Visa, Master Card, Diners, etc.)
2. Debit Card. ((Visa, Maestro, RuPay, Master Card, etc.)
3. Net banking / Direct Debit payments from select banks. A complete list is available at the time of checkout process and prior to making payments for any purchases).
- UPI There are no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary at the time of check out. If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to the payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking), etc. Kindly also check if your Internet connection has been disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your account within 7 – 10 Business working days. You can email us on with your order number for any clarification.
PROMOTIONAL CODES
Promotional codes are limited in nature and may expire or be discontinued with or without notice. Promotional codes are void where prohibited by law. Promotional codes may not be copied, sold, or otherwise transferred. They are not redeemable for cash and are subject to cancellation or change at any time for any reason without notice. We reserve the right in our discretion to impose conditions on the offering of any promotional code.

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
After placing an order, in case you want to cancel your order, you can easily do so until it has not been processed or shipped by us and is in our warehouse. Any amount already paid by you will be refunded back to bank account withing 7 to 10 working days. Contact our customer support to help you with this process as swiftly as possible. We will not be able to cancel those orders that have been already processed and shipped.

CANCELLATION BY BALASA FOODS
While our endeavour is to ensure that every order that has been successfully placed with Balasa Foods there are some situations in which we may have to cancel the order(s). some of the situations that may result in your order being cancelled include (but not limited to):
* Limitations on quantities available for purchase;
* Inaccurate or insufficient address;
* Product no longer available or temporarily out of stock;
* Inaccuracies or errors in product pricing or information.
We will contact you within 2 business days of such cancellation and give you the option to exchange / refund / cancel the order based on your convenience .
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
We strive to deliver products purchased from Balasa Foods in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. A standard delivery time of 2 to 7 working days is applicable on all products. Also, for all the subsequent purchases of Order value of Rs. 499 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. A minimal shipping charge will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 499 based on cart items.
Products will be shipped to an address designated by you, if applicable, so long as such address is complete. All transactions are made pursuant to a shipping contract, and, as a result, risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery of the Products to the carrier.
We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order. Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order The delivery will NOT be redirected / redelivered to any other address in any circumstance.
The selected product will be delivered only in the city it is mentioned as “available” on this website.
Balasa Foods shall not be held responsible for damage of products after delivery.
DELIVERY
All orders placed on Balasa Foods are dispatched through other courier partner-Delhivery. A tracking number is provided as soon as the parcel is dispatched with which you can get updates on the location of the parcel and the estimated delivery date and time. Updates will be provided via E-mails and SMS frequently.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS FOR DELIVERY
You can change your order’s shipping address before we’ve shipped it by getting in touch with our customer care representatives. Extra charges (if applicable) shall be levied.
DAMAGE OF PARCEL
Kindly reach out to us for pilferage / leakage / tempering within Forty Eight (48) hours of delivery failing which the claim will not be entertained. Whilst we investigate, you are requested to please make note of the below pointers:
* Please do not use the item for which claim is being raised.
* You may be required to furnish information like a short description of the case (a few questions will be asked to help us understand the scenario)
* The snapshots of the packet and other boxes (if any). Try to cover the sides which look tampered/damaged.
* The refund for prepaid / Cash on delivery orders will be done after the investigation. You may not be liable for a refund if he/she falls in any of the scenarios stated below:
– Failure to provide adequate information about the case.
– Failure to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if any).
– If a pilferage / leakage delivery was received, claims must be made the same day.
– You must not dispose of the packaging for 3 – 4 days post-delivery. We might need to pick-up your packaging for investigation at our end.

If we undergo any changes in the legal status with respect of acquisition or merger with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
